Four Reasons Reducing Soda Consumption
Drinking soda is refreshing. But soda also has an influence that is not good for health.
Some experts have concluded that too often consume soda is as dangerous as smoking. Here are four good reasons that you should no longer consume too much soda.
1. Adding weight
Researchers from the University of Texas proved that quite a lot of calories in soda. Drink soda daily would increase the risk of suffering from obesity as much as 33 percent.
Seem safe to drink diet soda. By reading “diet” in the cans of soda drinks make someone add soda consumption, because it was able to avoid the risk of obesity. Actually, routine drinking diet sodas increase the risk of obesity by 55 percent. Wow!
2. Calories are not useful
Average of one drink soda cans consists of 250 calories. Unfortunately, the soda has no vitamins or nutrients that the body needs. Eventually this will only increase the calories your body weight, without a commensurate nutrition.
3. Addiction
As with smoking, soda can make you addicted. Caffeine contained in soda will make you unable to stop drinking soda.
4. Heart trouble
Soda is also not good for your heart health. According to the American Heart Association, those who consume soda every day had a risk of metabolic disorders, heart disease and diabetes as much as 44 percent.
